*Job Title:* HR Executive

*Experience:* 1–3 Years

*Location:* Malad(E)

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

* Post job openings on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and actively source candidates.

* Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

* Handle offer roll-out, documentation, and smooth onboarding of new employees.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.

* Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll input coordination.

* Address employee queries related to HR policies and company processes.

* Support employee engagement activities and ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
