HR & HRMS Implementation Specialist (Hybrid Role)

YeloBase is expanding and we are looking for a motivated and people focused professional to join us in a hybrid role that combines internal HR responsibilities with client facing HRMS implementation.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both practical HR operations and HR technology implementation.
Role Overview
This position will have two primary responsibilities:
Internal HR – YeloBase :
You will support and manage key internal HR functions, including:
• Recruitment coordination and onboarding
• Assisting in HR policy development and documentation
• Employee engagement initiatives
• Maintaining employee records and HR processes
• Supporting performance tracking and people operations
You will help build structured and scalable HR processes as we grow.
HRMS Implementation – Client Facing
You will act as the front-facing representative for implementing HRMS solutions for our clients, including:
• Zoho People
• Zoho Payroll
• Leave and attendance management systems
• Employee lifecycle workflows
Your responsibilities will include:
• Understanding client HR requirements
• Participating in discovery calls and workshops
• Configuring HR workflows within the system
• Coordinating with our technical team for advanced requirements
• Supporting clients during rollout and adoption
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HRMS implementation
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as leave, attendance, payroll, and employee lifecycle
• Good communication skills and confidence in client discussions
• Organized, detail oriented, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
