IPIPL is Hiring | HR & Administration Professional
We are looking for a dedicated, organised, and people-focused HR & Administration professional to manage HR operations, employee coordination, HRMS systems, travel arrangements, and office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, attendance, and follow-ups
β’ Handle HRMS management, ensuring accurate employee data, leave tracking, attendance, and reporting
β’ Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and internal HR documentation
β’ Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
β’ Manage travel bookings and coordination (flights, hotels, transport, itineraries, reimbursements) for leadership and teams
β’ Oversee administrative and office management tasks including vendor coordination, office supplies, facilities, housekeeping, and infrastructure support
β’ Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth communication and resolution
β’ Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, reimbursements, and day-to-day operational support
What Weβre Looking For:
Prior experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Administration roles
β’ Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms
β’ Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
β’ Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
β’ Professional, discreet, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
