About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Engineer to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of systems, networks, and applications while providing timely technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware & software (servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
Monitor and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
Troubleshoot system, network, and application-related issues
Implement and maintain system security protocols (antivirus, firewall, access controls)
Manage software updates and licensing compliance
Handle data backup & recovery processes to ensure data integrity
Maintain documentation for configurations and processes
Plan and execute system upgrades, patches & regular maintenance
