Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Work on Re-work (Rejected/Short Settled/Mis-Selling) cases.
• Preparation of Claim petitions & SCN’s.
• Preparation of draft of letters to be sent to Grievance Cell of Insurance Ombudsman
• Empanelment of Advocates for appearing on appearing on behalf of customers.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations and Coordinate support

throughout the business
• Co-ordination with Partners for procurement of documents.
• Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
• Maintaining MIS
• To devise and implement and drive a customer feedback strategy for All TIB business
• Maintain the TAT of claims as per the company SOP.
• Deployed and implement companies SOP at partnerships and clients
• Review performance of the company with partners & agent
