Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with Company's logistics SOPs, instructions, and operational guidelines.
• Update Transit Packing Lists in D365.
• Upload relevant documents into D365.
• Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to prequalified freight forwarders and evaluate received quotations on GoComet.
• Request for the creation of new freight items in D365 to QD when required.
• Insert freight budgets into quotations in D365 and communicate freight market trends to the Sales team.
• Update Transport Plan Compliance after coordinating with forwarders.
• Prepare and send various weekly and monthly reports to LOs.
• Create Freight Purchase Orders and process related invoices.
• Courier shipping documents to clients and agents, including Locating batch-wise Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Preparing Certificates of Origin (COO), Certificates of Inspection (COI).
• Notify relevant LO about goods arrival at Lynge Warehouse and QC release status.
• Organize and file both hard and soft copies of Bills of Lading (BL).
• Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Head of Logistics & IT or Logistics Officers.
• Work in conjunction with inter / intra - department.
• Communicate with various warehouse teams (Kandla / All Powerful / IFF’s warehouses for transit orders) to have smooth operations and execution.

Desired Profile :
• Any Graduate with knowledge in exports and Supply Chain, Logistics.
• 2-5 years experience in International companies, preferably within exports vertical handling Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain functions.
• Comprehensive experience with excel & databases
• Experience with ERP systems (preferable D-365)
• Experience with Power BI, preferable.
