We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Manager – Production to lead the end-to-end management of our shoot productions.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing everything that goes into a shoot — from scouting the right talent and vendors to ensuring everything runs on time and within budget. If you love creating order out of chaos and thrive in fast-paced creative environments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire production process from pre-production to wrap, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative goals are met.
• Create and manage detailed production calendars and plans of action (POAs).
• Source and coordinate with external vendors including models, studios, photographers, stylists, HMUAs (Hair & Makeup Artists), set designers, and more.
• Oversee logistics including props, permits, transportation, wardrobe, and shoot-day needs.
• Translate creative briefs into actionable production workflows.
• Liaise closely with creative and technical teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-ground challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain clear documentation for all productions and post-shoot reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in managing shoots or production operations in a creative, fashion, beauty, or media environment.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
• Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional creative and technical teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills.
• Quick on your feet and capable of resolving issues under tight timelines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Understanding of creative briefs and the ability to drive qualitative execution from start to finish.
