Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable upto 6 months)
Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

We are an early-stage SaaS company operating in the OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity domain. Our platform helps industrial organizations identify and manage cybersecurity risks. We work at the intersection of cybersecurity, industrial systems, and emerging technologies. DTSecLabs aims to minimize downtime and strengthen industrial security systems.
Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern who is currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and/or Sales . This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing and enterprise sales in a niche, fast-growing cybersecurity segment.
The intern will work closely with the CEO and technical leadership to support go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of B2B marketing initiatives (LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, content coordination).
• Assist in lead generation, prospect research, and account profiling.
• Support sales outreach activities and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the cybersecurity and industrial domains.
• Help translate technical IT/OT cybersecurity concepts into clear customer-facing messaging.
• Maintain and update CRM data and support basic sales reporting.
Qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively.
• Proficiency in Market Research and understanding market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience or interest in Sales alongside knowledge or learning of Marketing Strategy development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Interest or knowledge in cybersecurity or Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus.
Eligibility & Requirements
• Currently pursuing an MBA (Marketing / Sales specialization) from a recognized institute in India
• Available to work up to 20 hours per week
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working with digital tools and online research
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a startup environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Exposure to B2B SaaS , enterprise sales, or technology marketing
• Awareness of industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, or utilities
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
