Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketplace Operations Manager. The Marketplace Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, refine processes, and ensure smooth execution of marketplace-related activities. This includes managing vendor relationships, tracking inventory, ensuring on-time order fulfillment, maintaining operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications
• Operational expertise in vendor management, inventory control, and order fulfillment within marketplace environments.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to derive actionable insights for marketplace performance and growth strategies.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms used in e-commerce or marketplace operations, with a deep understanding of operational workflows.
• Effective problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the FMCG sector or distribution industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; is advantageous.
