About the Role

Hasanui HealthTech Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to support our Occupational Health and diagnostic operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate sample handling, testing, and compliance with quality and safety standards in line with NABL guidelines.

Qualifications
• DMLT / BMLT / MMLT from a recognized institution
• Basic knowledge of NABL (ISO 15189) guidelines
• Understanding of laboratory safety, quality control, and biomedical waste management
• Prior experience in a NABL-accredited or quality laboratory is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
• Collect, process, and test samples as per approved SOPs and NABL standards
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Perform internal quality control and assist in quality assurance activities
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation
• Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and biomedical waste protocols
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient health data
• Support audits, inspections, and quality compliance activities
