Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative (MSR) to promote our advanced physiotherapy and wellness services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude in building professional networks and driving referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's services, technologies, and treatment solutions.
Regular Field Visits: Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other medical professionals on a regular basis to build rapport and promote services.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and wellness professionals.
Sales & Promotion: Present the value and benefits of our services to medical professionals, driving referrals and recommendations.
Market Analysis: Keep track of market dynamics, competitor services, and identify growth opportunities.
Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client feedback, and performance metrics.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team-based sales goals.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest developments in wellness, physiotherapy, and medical innovations.
Feedback Collection: Collect and relay feedback from professionals and clients to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in medical sales
At least 2 years of experience in the wellness or healthcare sector
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and daily visits to medical & wellness professionals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in using CRM and sales tracking tools (preferred)
