Role Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing operational data,

coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day

processes. This role is critical in supporting business efficiency and cross-functional

collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, organize, and maintain operational data and reports
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, academic, and support teams
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
Ensure smooth execution of operational workflows and processes
Prepare MIS reports and share insights with management
Support process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Act as a point of contact between teams to ensure timely communication
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or data management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills

Experience in the education or ed-tech sector
Familiarity with CRM or internal tracking tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
