Job Title: Operations Executive
Job Overview:
The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling queries in a professional manner, scheduling appointments with doctors, and coordinating with various departments. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle pressure, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for the following:
Responding to incoming calls in a professional manner, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing details of complaints and requests.
Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
Following up on customers' requests to ensure appropriate actions have been taken.
Referring unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designated departments for further investigation.
Scheduling appointments for participants with doctors based on available slots.
Desired Skill-Set:
The ideal candidate for the position should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Ability to thrive under pressure and handle demanding situations with composure.
Self-driven and motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to work different shifts within the time duration of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM as per the required schedule.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate from any stream
Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience in handling customer queries, back office/BPO work.
Languages: English (must), Marathi, Hindi etc.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in written and verbal communication in English is required.
Industry: A candidate who has worked for the Healthcare industry in a similar role will have
an added advantage/ Candidate who has worked on both email and voice processes in any of
the industries.
