About the Role
Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for an Academic Operations Executive to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our academic delivery. This role sits at the center of classroom operations and coordination and is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys managing multiple moving parts. You’ll work closely with academic teams, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure classes run on time, resources are in place, and schedules are executed without disruption. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want exposure to academic operations, coordination, and institutional management in a fast-growing education environment.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Scheduling & Planning
· Create and manage academic calendars for ongoing and upcoming batches
· Plan classroom allocations based on batch size, course requirements, and availability
· Coordinate rescheduling of sessions in case of changes or trainer availability
Trainer Coordination
· Manage trainer bookings and session schedules
· Coordinate with trainers regarding class timings, formats (offline/online), and requirements
· Ensure trainers have the necessary classroom or technical setup before sessions
Classroom & Infrastructure Management
· Ensure classrooms are ready and functional before each session
· Coordinate with admin and IT teams for AV setup, internet, systems, and other requirements
· Monitor classroom usage and report maintenance or operational issues
Operational Execution
· Track daily class execution and flag deviations or issues proactively
· Maintain records related to schedules, trainer assignments, and batch status
· Support smooth onboarding of new batches from an operations perspective
Coordination & Communication
· Act as a single point of contact between academics, trainers, sales, and operations teams
· Communicate schedule updates clearly and on time to all stakeholders
· Support academic leadership with operational data and reports when required
Who Should Apply

· Comfortable handling multiple schedules and deadlines
· Good communication skills (verbal and written)
· Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and calendars
