Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to our Managing Director with good experience in the same field .
Location : Vasanth Nagar
1. Calendar Management:
· Organize and manage the MD's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Prioritize and coordinate appointments to optimize the MD's time.
2. Communication:
· Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication for the MD.
· Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the MD.
3. Meeting Coordination:
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
· Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and follow-up on action items.
4. Travel Arrangements:
· Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
· Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documentation is in order.
5. Document Management:
· Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.
· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
6. Task Prioritization:
· Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
· Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
7. Confidentiality:
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
8. Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
· Provide support to other executives or team members when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
