We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Personal Assistant

In this role, you will:

Responsible for administrative and secretarial support to Senior Executives
Handle confidential matters and material in a discrete manner
Proactive diary management arranging internal and external meetings moving meetings to balance workloads
Deal effectively with incoming email correspondence, delegating correspondence where appropriate, drafting replies, and ensuring that follow up takes place
Support with onboarding of new employees, including arranging relevant system access, ordering equipment and arranging building access
Prepare PowerPoint Presentations and Excel templates
To be successful you will:

Work with key stakeholders across the business
Graduation or post graduation in any stream
2 - 4 years of experience in administrative role,experience in managing calendars,diaries,stakeholder management
Work collaboratively with the members of business support team as well as with the wider team.
Communication and interpersonal skills
Stakeholder Management and Diary Management
Investment Product knowledge would be advantageous
