Located in Mappedu Village, Thiruvallur District, our state-of-the-art facility caters to both domestic and international markets. Specializing in automotive part heat treatment, our facility has the capacity to treat 600,000 gearboxes annually.

We are renowned for our advanced technology in gas carburizing and molten salt bath quenching, ensuring minimal distortion for automobile transmission gears.

Technical Skills:
• Responsible for developing, optimizing, and monitoring heat treatment processes to ensure quality and productivity.
• Hands-on experience in operating and controlling industrial furnaces (Continuous / Batch type).
• Analyze process parameters and recommend improvements to enhance furnace efficiency, uniformity, and energy utilization.
• Review and establish process control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform metallurgical evaluations and ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards (CQI-9, ISO, IATF, etc.).
• Co-ordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Drive process validation, trials, and capability studies for new product development and change management.
• Monitor equipment calibration and ensure process traceability and documentation.
• Provide training to operators and technical staff on heat treatment processes and quality standards.
• Support customer audits and technical reviews related to process capability and metallurgical performance.
Qualifications
B.E in Mechanical Engineer / Metallurgical
Minimum 5+ years' of experience required
Must have Heat Treatment Background Experiance
