Overview :

TheProject Manager (Event Tech) plays a crucial role in planningexecuting and managing technologyrelated aspects of events ensuringseamless integration of event tech solutions and deliveringexceptional experiences forattendees.

KeyResponsibilities :
• Lead the planningand of event technologyrequirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand event goals and deliver innovative tech solutions toenhance attendee experience.
• Manage projecttimelines budgets and resources to ensure successful of event techrequirements.
• Coordinate with vendors andthirdparty suppliers to source and manage event tech equipment andservices.
• Oversee onsite tech setup andtroubleshooting during events to ensure smoothoperations.
• Develop and implement riskmitigation plans for potential techrelated issues atevents.
• Evaluate and recommend new event techsolutions to improve efficiency and deliver enhancedexperiences.
• Ensure compliance with datasecurity and privacy regulations in all event techimplementations.
• Provide postevent analysis andreports to assess tech performance and identify areas forimprovement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate event tech solutions with overall eventlogistics and marketingstrategies.

RequiredQualifications :
• Bachelors degree inInformation Technology Business Administration or relatedfield.
• Proven experience in project managementparticularly in the events or technologyindustry.
• Strong understanding of technicalrequirements.
• Excellent vendor managementskills with the ability to negotiate contracts and oversee servicedelivery.
• Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams vendors andclients.
• Ability to adapt to fastpaced dynamicevent environments and troubleshoot tech issueseffectively.
• Certification in ProjectManagement (PMP) or related field isadvantageous.
• Knowledge of data security andprivacy regulations relevant to event techimplementations.
