Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Generative AI and NLP projects, managing annotation processesand linguistic tasks. The ideal candidate combinesrobust project management skills with technical expertise in linguistics and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end AI annotation, training,and linguistic projects, including NLP, NER, and Generative AI tasks.
• Define and executeproject scopes, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional, globalteams of annotators, linguists, solution architects, and consultants.
• Maintain effective communication channels, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor and manageproject performance, adherence to budgets, qualitystandards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop, evaluate, and recommend linguistic annotation tools and data management systems based on project requirements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhanceefficiency, accuracy, and project outcomes.
• Prepare detailed, proactive reports for seniormanagement, addressing progress, risks, and solutions clearly.

Required Skills& Competencies:
• Proven experience in AI projectmanagement, specifically in Generative AI, NLP, or linguistic annotation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-focused approachto problem-solving.
• Expertise in linguistic annotation principles, NLP technologies, and AI training methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities, capable of managingcomplex projects under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with AI annotation platforms and relateddata management systems.
• Knowledge of AI ethics,bias mitigation, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant projectmanagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computational Linguistics, AI, Computer Science,or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, CPMAI, PRINCE2).
• Previous experience working remotely or in hybridenvironments.
• Proficiency in at least one languageother than English(preferred).

Preferred Experience:
• Advanced degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, global AI and NLP annotation projects.
• Demonstrable experience in client relationship management and effective team mentorship.
