As an Account Executive you will be in charge of finding new prospects and close deals in India, help deploy and maintain the relationship and this job is 100% remote in a French company.

We’re looking for:

(Required) You need to be perfectly fluent in Business English.

Everything else is soft skills. Up to you to see if you have what it takes to do this job:
• (Required) Based in India, preferably in Bangalore but not necessarily
• (Required) Prior experience as a B2B sales or strong business school degree.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Sales spirit and skills
• (Required) Very High Autonomy: often we won’t be able to provide you with everything needed for a given task, and you’ll have to find out by yourself how to manage
• Important, to show that you read the ad carefully, add a smiley in the title of your answer to the second screening question.
• Being able to work solo as well as being a productive team member
• Be able to continually learn and improve, be ok with regularly having to pick up new skills: No two weeks will be alike, you may have to improvise a lot and regularly have to perform tasks you have no experience for. That’s the « Startup » life.
• (Required) We will hire you fulltime through a platform called “Upwork” with timer on and no manual time. Not by an Indian Permanent Contract, it’s almost the same thing but you need to understand the difference. We do this because we’re a French company so it’s too complicated to sign an Indian contract. Of course on top of the hourly rate you would get a healthy commission.
