Role Description

The Assistant Room Division Manager will oversee the effective functioning of all room-related operations to ensure optimal guest satisfaction and a seamless stay for every visitor. Responsibilities include managing room assignments, front office operations, housekeeping, ensuring high standards of customer service, addressing guest feedback, and coordinating with other departments to maintain operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Qualifications
• Experience and skills in Guest Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
• Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and managing front office operations
• Ability to train, supervise, and lead teams effectively to uphold service standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with guests and employees
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is an advantage
