Sales Assistant
Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales of gym and fitness equipment in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, generating B2B/B2C sales, and achieving regional revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales for gym/fitness equipment in the assigned area
Generate business from gyms, fitness centers, corporates, institutions, and individual customers
Build and manage dealer/distributor network
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
Conduct product demos and presentations for clients
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Coordinate with logistics and service teams for smooth delivery and installation
Track competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in gym/fitness equipment, sports goods, or related industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage territory and dealer network
Target-driven and self-motivated
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Minimum 3–7 years sales experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
B2B & B2C sales experience
Channel / distributor management
Market expansion & business development

Pay: ₹8,194.37 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
