Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nirsa for a Senior Regional Operations Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operational activities within the assigned region, managing branch-level teams and processes, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and mentoring team members to achieve their targets. Collaboration with other departments to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction will also be key responsibilities.

• Strong skills in operational management, branch oversight, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and the ability to implement adherence measures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive process improvements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and customer interaction
• Familiarity with the microfinance sector and related financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned region as needed
