ยท Desktop, Laptop, Printer Installation & troubleshooting

ยท Understanding of Microsoft services like AD

ยท Daily Activity for Hardware & Networking support

ยท Hardware Fresh Installation/Trouble Shooting for Breakdown

ยท Hands-on experience on Backup Application & Server Hardware should have team handling experience

ยท Providing technical support over the phone and taking remote and resolving the issue.

ยท Remote Support from Team Viewer, Ammyy Admin, VNC Viewer, Any Desk, WebEx Software.
โ€ข Installation & configuration Outlook & also handling related issues.
โ€ข Installation and configuration of Network and USB Printers.
โ€ข Knowledge on normal backup utilization built in OS.
โ€ข Installation of Symantec Antivirus, McAfee & Troubleshooting virus issue

ยท Troubleshooting OS level Issues & basic network issues

ยท Troubleshooting of LAN and Wi-Fi issues.

ยท Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of client OS like windows XP,win 7, win 8.1,win 10

ยท Configure network equipment for efficient and resilient network operation.

ยท Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

ยท Should be able to Troubleshoot MS-Office

ยท Performs preventative maintenance to maintain optimal system performance

ยท Maintains network monitoring system.
