Job Title: Team Lead (Design Cell)

Responsibilities:

 Oversee the creation of design concepts, layouts, 3D models, and detailed drawings for

office interiors.

 Ensure that all designs adhere to the client's brief, industry standards, and regulatory

requirements.

 Review and approve design concepts, materials, finishes selections proposed by the

team.

 Provide creative input and direction to maintain a high standard of design quality

and innovation.

 Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept development to project

completion.

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within

scope, and within budget.

 Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for

the project.

 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with

the project team.

 Ensure all design deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client

expectations.

 Conduct regular design reviews, site visits, and inspections to monitor project

progress and quality.

 Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design plans, client

communications, and progress reports.

 Provide creative input and direction to maintain a high standard of design quality

and innovation.

Required candidate profile:

 Hand Sketching Skills and lead / well Accreditation will be a plus.

 Interior Design / Interior Architecture from a reputed Institute.

 Proven experience in commercial office Fit-out design (for Consultancy / Design+ Build

projects)

 Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

 Experience with AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP is necessary.

 Must be a good Leader, and should be able to guide and lead teams to success.

Experience: 8 years + Experience in commercial office Fit-out design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,814.64 - ₹52,393.93 per month
