Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from international clients with professionalism and accuracy.

Provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.

Document client interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions using CRM tools.
• *

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• *

Keep updated with product knowledge, processes, and policies.
• *

Work within defined schedules and follow shift protocols diligently.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• *

Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and commonly used software.
• *

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• *

Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• *

Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience
• *

Minimum: 1 year of experience in a call center or tech support role (international voice process preferred).
• *

Freshers with relevant technical training or certifications and excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Working Hours
• *

Rotational shifts including night shifts (US/UK time zones).
• *

5-day work week with 2 rotational offs.
• *

Must be flexible to work weekends and public holidays if required.
