Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Tele Callers, based in Lucknow. The role involves reaching out to prospective students and their parents to provide information about the institution's courses and offerings. Tele Callers will be responsible for answering inquiries, addressing concerns, scheduling appointments, and persuading students to enroll in various educational programs. Additionally, this role will require maintaining accurate records of client interactions and achieving predefined performance targets.

Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting information persuasively
• Experience in customer service, sales, or handling inquiries is preferred
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet targets
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn about AESL's programs and offerings
• Proficiency in regional languages in addition to English and Hindi is an advantage
• Passion for education and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
