Trainee - Client Coordination

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee - Client Coordinator to join our World of Musicians team. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams, resolving musician-related queries, and ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher passionate about the music and entertainment industry to start their career in client servicing and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve queries related to musician requirements.
Coordinate and follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and updates.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.
Support the sales team with coordination
Ensure smooth execution of musician bookings and assignments.
Maintain and update client and musician databases.
Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email communication).
Interest or background in music/events industry will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (Business, Arts, or related field preferred).
