We're a new-age creative + marketing agency in Pune, and we're looking for a Video Editor / Production Associate who can bring ideas to life through sharp edits, smooth production, and fast execution. Someone who understands digital content and loves creating high-quality videos.

What You'll Do
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, brand films, and reels
• Work with the creative team on concepts, references, and storyboards
• Assist in planning & executing shoots (camera, lighting, logistics)
• Handle basic motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
• Maintain organized project files, assets, and backups
• Ensure fast turnarounds without compromising quality
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and editing styles
• Support the production team during shoots when required

Who You Are
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual style
• Creative, quick, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with clean file management
• Someone who enjoys shooting videos + being on-ground during productions
• Freshers are welcome if you have a solid portfolio
