Job Title: IT Recruiter (Immediate joiner)

Job Type: Full-Time (5 Days Working)

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description:

Intineri Infosol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end IT recruitment and be capable of handling multiple hiring requirements within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fitment.

Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.

Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet monthly hiring targets.

Build strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
