Junior Content Writer

We're looking for a Junior Content Writer who understands how content works across platforms from Instagram ads and organic reels to long-form website and report writing. If you can switch between short, punchy copy and structured long-form content, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:

1. Write short-form and long-form content for:

2. Social media (Instagram posts, captions, reels)

3. Paid Meta Ads (ad copy + basic scripts)

4. Organic reel concepts (hooks, voiceover scripts, on-screen text)

5. Websites, presentations, and internal/external reports

6. Create ad scripts for Meta paid campaigns (basic to intermediate level)

7. Write content for static creatives and voiceovers

8. Adapt tone and messaging based on platform and objective

9. Coordinate with design, performance marketing, and social media teams

10. Ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency across all content

Skills & Requirements:

1. Basic to medium English proficiency (written & verbal)

2. Comfortable with Hindi and English (both written and spoken)

3. Awareness of Instagram content formats (reels, static posts, ads)

4. Ability to write:

5. Short-form content (ads, captions, hooks)

6. Long-form content (reports, presentations, website copy)

7. Understanding of paid Meta Ads content (copy + script basics)

8. Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content trends

9. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

1. Prior experience with Instagram pages, brands, or creators

2. Basic understanding of performance marketing language

3. Portfolio, writing samples, or live content links
