• Education and Experience:
1. Qualification - LLB / LMM (Law Degree In Civil Court Cases)

2. Work Experience Relevant 2 to 3 years of experience in handling and representing the civil court cases / corporate civil cases

• Required Skills/Abilities:
• 1. A person must be confident and have brief knowledge and experience in court routines and in advising clients on litigation, Corporate Civil Cases matters.
• 2. Proficient in presenting the legal cases in civil, should have represented corporate clients in all courts.
• 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. [ English, Hindi & Local Language-Marathi]
• 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 5. Commercially aware; proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Roles and Responsibilities

1. Should be eligible to represent the company at all levels in civil court

2. Should be eligible to understand corporate functions of work

3. Should be able to understand the quality of work that needs to be done on the direction information

4. Should be able to represent on behalf of Company

5. He / She will work closely with the organization days to day legal work and litigations if any for a company or for people associated with company matters.

6. Should be able to understand the presentation and daily updates from the director

7. Should have all dates and updates on all the ongoing cases in the organization

8. Should have clear information on the updates of all the cases.
