Job description
Role & responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
• Automate reports and dashboards using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting requirements from various departments.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives related to data and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Experience in working with ERP systems or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Prior experience in a contractual/off-roll role will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.)
• Good understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint for report presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
