Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive - Data Entry & MIS to support our operational and reporting needs. This position is ideal for someone who excels at working behind the scenes, maintaining accurate records, generating insightful reports, and supporting various teams with crucial data. Key Responsibilities:


Manage daily data entry tasks and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.


Maintain and update internal databases, reports, and records.


Generate regular MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts.


Reconcile data discrepancies and ensure the consistency of reports across departments.


Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and fulfill report requests in a timely manner.


Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


Identify and implement improvements to back-office operations and reporting processes.


Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:


Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Science/Arts).


Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Statements, etc.


Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


Basic understanding of data management and reporting tools.


Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.


Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience:


1 to 3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or a similar back-office role.


Freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Working Hours:


Monday to Saturday


9:30 AM to 6:30 PM


Sunday fixed off
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.


Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.


Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP systems, or other business reporting platforms is a plus.


Ability to handle high volumes of data with speed and accuracy.

• Proven experience of 5 to 7 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.
• Readiness to take up HR activities like Onboarding, ELC, audit related and HR OPS activities as needed

Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for in-depth data analysis.
• Maintain and update existing reports with a focus on accuracy and relevance.
• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.

Tracker and Report Creation:
• Develop new trackers and reports based on organizational needs.
• Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements.

Data Management:
• Ensure data integrity and security through effective data management practices.
• Regularly audit and clean datasets to maintain high-quality data.

Collaboration with HR:
• Work closely with HR for the analysis and reporting of HR-related data.
• Assist in developing HR metrics and key performance indicators.

Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
