Follow established coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, retros)
Raise questions and blockers early and clearly
Use AI tools as a supportive aid (e.g., understanding code, drafting solutions), while maintaining ownership of final output
Scope & Autonomy
Works on small to moderately scoped tasks.
Requires regular guidance and review from senior developers or TLs.
Does not own system design or architectural decisions.
Does not mentor others formally but is expected to collaborate respectfully
