Role Overview
The Graduate Marketing Executive will support the execution of Youtap’s marketing activities across digital, content, partner, and sales enablement channels. This role is designed for a recent marketing graduate who is eager to develop practical skills in B2B and technology marketing while contributing to real commercial outcomes.
The role combines hands-on execution with structured learning and exposure to senior stakeholders, product teams, and sales teams.
Must be a NZ Resident or have a valid NZ Working Visa to be considered.

Requirements
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels (website, email, LinkedIn, events, and webinars).
Support go-to-market activities for Youtap platforms, solutions, and industry verticals.
Help coordinate marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
Content & Communications
Assist in creating and updating marketing content, including website copy, blogs, case studies, presentations, and sales collateral.
Support the development of thought leadership and product marketing content in collaboration with product and sales teams.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Support website updates, SEO basics, and content publishing.
Assist with social media scheduling and performance tracking (primarily LinkedIn).
Help analyse campaign performance and prepare basic reports on leads, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Sales & Partner Enablement
Support the creation of sales tools such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and solution briefs.
Assist in coordinating with sales teams to ensure marketing materials align with customer and partner needs.
Help manage marketing assets and documentation.
Market & Competitor Research
Conduct basic market, customer, and competitor research.
Support analysis of industry trends relevant to fintech, digital banking, payments, and enterprise platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn B2B, technology, and fintech marketing concepts.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels (Web, Social, etc.).
Desirable
Internship or project experience in marketing, digital media, or communications.
Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or similar.
Interest in technology, AI, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) is an advantage but not required.
