Marketing Administrator (Entry-Level, Part-Time)

This role offers variety, learning, and the chance to build practical marketing skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. There is also potential for this role to grow into full-time hours in the future.

Please note this role is 25 hours per week to start with potential to lead into full time.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the marketing team, assisting with day-to-day marketing activities and helping keep campaigns, content, and schedules running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organised, creative, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and updating the marketing calendar, scheduling tasks and coordinating activities
Assisting with content creation and coordination across multiple brands and platforms
Supporting daily marketing activities, including social media updates, email communications, and content distribution
Providing general administrative support to the marketing team
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A creative mindset with enthusiasm for engaging content
Confidence using digital tools such as Google Workspace, social media platforms, and basic content tools like Canva
Clear communication skills and a collaborative team attitude
Experience with Mailchimp and ClickUp is advantageous but not essential

Role Details
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (approximately 5 hours per day with flexible start and finish times)
Location: Based onsite at our client's office in Addington, Christchurch (this is an in-person role)
Pay Rate: $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience (to be discussed at interview)
