We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate team at Tait Communications.
This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with relevant experience who is ready to kick-start their marketing career within a global brand proudly rooted in Aotearoa. In this role, you will coordinate social media activity, support digital and content marketing initiatives, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns and communications.
The duties of the role will include:
Coordinating and maintaining a regular schedule of engaging, high-quality social media and blog content
Managing and maintaining a content calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
Supporting the research, writing, and SEO optimisation of long-form content
Monitoring online conversations and contributing to community engagement
Supporting digital marketing initiatives and internal communications
Assisting with the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and trade shows
Providing general marketing administrative support, including managing customer enquiries, updating digital assets, and sourcing merchandise

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related discipline, and/or equivalent practical experience.
As well as:
A passion for digital communication and emerging social media trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for detail and design
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
The ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging subject matter experts across the business
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Familiarity with HubSpot and social media management platforms (preferred)
