Job Description

Pulse Technology Solutions is an IT service provider based in Hamilton, helping businesses manage their technology infrastructure in the Waikato and around New Zealand. We have been steadily growing over the past several years, and we are looking to add to the team as we get bigger and busier.

A growing small IT services provider is looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Admin / Operations Support person to join their team.

This is a hands-on role supporting the operational side of the business, with a mix of administration and PA-style duties. Perfect for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing and invoicing
Following up customer's regarding meetings and payments
Assisting with monthly billing processes
General office administration
Supporting the leadership team with PA-style tasks
Helping ensure operational workflows run efficiently
About You:

Previous admin experience (ideally within an IT or professional services environment)
Confident with invoicing and billing systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with customers
Able to work independently and manage priorities
Reliable and proactive
