We are looking for a motivated and professional Reception & Administration Support superstar
to join our team at Post Haste Wellington. You’ll be the face of our branch, helping our
customers with their queries, handling cash sales, supporting our admin and customer service
teams, and keeping everything organised.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the first point of contact for customers
Process over-the-counter sales and reconcile cash/tickets daily
Provide admin support, including data entry
Help maintain tidy and safe workspaces
Jump in and support wherever needed across the branch

Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
Attention to detail with strong admin skills
A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to help
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
