Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a strong understanding of color theory and construction practices. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Perform plastering, caulking, and stucco work as needed to ensure smooth finishes.
Conduct restoration and renovation tasks on existing structures to enhance aesthetics.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide maintenance support as required during the painting process.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:

Proficient in construction estimating and basic math for project planning.
Experience in residential painting, commercial painting, and industrial painting projects.
Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
Knowledge of masonry, concrete finishing, and remodeling techniques is a plus.
Previous maintenance person experience is advantageous for addressing various repair needs.
Ability to operate airless paint spraying equipment effectively.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
