Role: Tool & Die Maker

Job description

Tool and Die Maker required in Sheet Metal & Stamping tools/Press Tools, Capable to work independently on Press Shop.
Design of high-speed stamping tools, press tools, Tool manufacturing, Assembly, trouble shooting, tool room machines knowledge, element processing, ISO,

Required Candidate profile.

NTTF/ KTTF/ PG IN TOOL DESIGN with 2-3 years exp design of press tool--High speed stamping operations, Tool design, Tool manufacturing, assembly, ITI, Diploma in Tool and Die Maker

Industry Type: Electronic Components / Semiconductors

Qualifications:

Proven experience in press tool die making, power press operation, CNC milling, and programming.

Proficiency in the maintenance, brazing, and re-sharpening of tools.

Strong knowledge of jigs and fixture design and fabrication.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
