What role you will play in team
You will underwrite reinsurance contracts
assessing risks and pricing them appropriately for our clients
What you will do

ll analyze exposures
model potential losses
and negotiate terms with clients and reinsurers
Key responsibility
Analyze reinsurance submissions from clients
Assess the risks involved in each submission
Develop pricing models to reflect the risk assessment
Negotiate terms and conditions with cedents and reinsurers
Prepare and present reinsurance proposals
Monitor claims experience and adjust pricing as needed
Maintain strong relationships with clients and reinsurers
Required Qualification and Skills
Bachelor
s degree in actuarial science
mathematics
finance or related field
Strong analytical and problem
solving skills
Deep understanding of reinsurance principles and market practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in actuarial modeling software
