Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in logistics sales and a passion for exceeding targets. As a Logistics Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and secure new business opportunities.
• Identify and target potential clients in various industries, focusing on companies that require Tech enabled logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient execution of customer orders and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in logistics sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in logistics sales.

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Sales: 1-2 year (Preferred)
Logistics: Min. 1 year (Required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
