Job Summary:

We are seeking diligent and responsible Security Guards to join our team and provide exceptional security services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidates will possess a strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Security Guard at Ultimate Security, you will be the first line of defense in protecting our clients' properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of clients, employees, and property.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and surrounding areas, identifying and addressing any potential security risks or violations.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols to ensure safety and security.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary, ensuring effective communication and coordination during incidents.
Stay informed about relevant security procedures, regulations, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of security operations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security training or law enforcement is a plus.
Previous experience in a security role or related field preferred.
Excellent observational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse individuals.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.

Pay: $36.00 – $54.61 per hour

Expected hours: 60 per week
