Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process for residential and commercial interior projects, including space planning, concept development, and material selection.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
• Create detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Source furniture, fixtures, and accessories from vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to oversee the execution of interior projects, including site visits, inspections, and quality control.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering their professional development and growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and project management.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the design and construction process.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to enhance the company's reputation and generate repeat business.
