Outback Steakhouse is looking for an experienced Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team. If you are an enthusiastic and experienced Server/Waiter/Waitress who is eager to join a fun and fast-paced restaurant, please apply today!Qualifications:• Previous server experience is required, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills• Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment• Must be able to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time• Must be able to obtain local food safety certification • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders from customers and provide accurate pricing information
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion
• Upsell items and suggestively sell menu items
• Ensure accuracy of orders and payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the restaurant
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist with restocking items and cleaning the restaurant as needed
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local and state laws
• Handle all customer transactions in an efficient and friendly manner
• Follow all cash handling procedures as outlined by the restaurant
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and prices
