Job Description
Complete paint jobs as per production plan by leading a group of painters by way of example
- Ensure check sheets are maintained and filled to ensure that all quality parameters are met
- Track actual hours generated, ensure discipline, and enhance efficiency of workmen
- Maintain cleanliness on the shop floor by ensuring principles of 5S
- Ensure safe working conditions at the work centre
