Job Description – SERVICE DELIVERY EXECUTIVE/BACKEND EXECUTIVE

Experience – More than 1 years up to 2years

Exceptional fresher with no experience can be hired as well

Education: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Completed, not necessarily.

Shift: Monthly Rotational

The ideal candidate should be assertive while talking to the customer and must resolve issues in first conversation. The primary responsibility of this role is to support sales operations with all the processing related requirement. Which will be handled by chat, email, or phone call along with excellent customer services offering to the clients who are coming via online website traffic. It is an inbound blended operations process, wherein majorly number of times an executive shall be in direct contact with the customers from across the globe.

Requirements and DO’s
• Should be a fast learner.
• Should possess High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Should offer and display good customer service skill.
• Should possess good typing skills.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Soft skills is must
• Data verification and processing.
• Performing basic admin duties including customer communication, sending emails and coordination with supplier
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team
• Processing payment, generating receipts, invoices and bills.
• Ability to work as a learned team member

Professional Qualification:

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of travel domain will be helpful
