The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Job Overview:
Manages the operations, daily planning, engineering, budget, design and resource allocation for the RWJBH telecommunications functions. Develops and implements standards, procedures, and processes for the telecommunications group. Plans and manages the support of new technologies, performance and reliability, while defining, negotiates and communicates service level agreements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field,
Minimum: Associate s degree with one or more years of relevant work experience
Work Experience:
7- 10 or more years of IT and business industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing teams responsible for infrastructure/network/telecommunications operations and support in multi-platform environments.
Preference for knowledge and work experience with healthcare Telecom systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess an aptitude for detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision
